Administrative Assistant

Description

Provides administrative and secretarial online support to staff and assist with daily tasks and needs of organization.

Responsibilities

• Data entry

• Maintains confidential files

• Answers telephone calls and inquires

• Schedules appointments

• Organizes and manages calendars and activities

• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Detailed oriented

• Good communicator

• Ability to type at least 30 wpm

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently

• Able to volunteer 1-2 hours per week

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older

• Current and valid proof of identification

• Willing to perform background check and drug screen

Bible Study Leader

Description

Provides weekly Biblical content for online study group. Leader must have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ and encourage others to grow more intimately in their relationship with Him.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach weekly Bible lesson

• Meet with Pastor weekly to discuss Bible study material and class content

• Maintain open lines of communication

• Encourage others to strengthen relationship with God

• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Love for God and others

• Good communicator

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Self-starter and team player

• Able to volunteer 1-2 hours per week

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older

• Current and valid proof of identification

Community Outreach Coordinator

Description

Provides education to the community about Eunoia Life Wellness Center and our mission to support an individual’s wellbeing in body, mind, will, emotions and spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide education about Eunoia Life Wellness Center

• Speak at community events, meetings, churches, schools, etc.

• Host table and distributes information at events

• Develop partnerships with organizations in community

• Organizes and manages event calendar and activities

• Assist with recruitment of volunteers

• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about the mission and vision of Eunoia

• Good communicator and excellent public speaking skills

• Friendly and positive attitude

• Willingness to serve

• Ability to work independently

• Able to volunteer 1-2 hours per week

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older

Social Media Manager

Description

Provides weekly reels and information on all social media platforms. Maintains Eunoia Life Center’s social media awareness.

Responsibilities

• Data entry

• Monitor social media accounts

• Create and post approved content on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

• Generate awareness to social media platforms

• Attract new followers

• Track visits to platforms

• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Detailed oriented

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to type at least 30 wpm

• General computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs

• Ability to work independently

• Able to volunteer 1-2 hours per week

• 18 years of age or older

Web Administrator

Description

Assist with the management of Eunoia Life Center’s website.

Responsibilities

• Data entry

• Assist with management of website

• Ensure website content is current and easily accessible

• Ensure website content is consistent with mission and vision of Eunoia Life Center

• Provide website assistance to staff as needed

• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Detailed oriented

• Good communicator

• Working knowledge of best web practices

• Ability to type at least 30 wpm

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Analytics

• Ability to work independently

• Able to volunteer 1-2 hours per week
